Hours: 38.75 hours per week – Sun 08:45‑17:15; Mon 11:45‑20:15; Wed 09:15‑17:45; Thu 11:45‑20:15; Fri 11:45‑20:15.

About You (Responsibilities & Skills)
As an Assistant Store Manager you will be commercially driven and marketing savvy, creating a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will understand team members’ needs, develop the sales team, support the Store Manager in setting up and managing operational standards, and create in‑store efficiencies to drive profitability.
Requirements: Previous experience of working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer‑service focus – either in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
