Accounts Administrator
Flexible working options available between 32-40 hours a week - £14 per hour
The role of the Accounts Administrator:
1. Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
3. Monitor overdue payments, follow up with clients, and resolve any payment discrepancies.
4. Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to clients as required.
5. Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
6. Record financial transactions accurately and ensure they are appropriately classified.
7. Maintain and update general ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
8. Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
9. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
10. Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately.
11. Prepare reports and summaries based on financial data for management review.
12. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
13. Provide general administrative support.
14. Maintain organised and systematic filing systems for financial documents.
