Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher at Olympus School based in South Croydon, working with children aged 16-19 with SEN and SEMH needs.
Olympus is an independent specialist day school providing high-quality education for boys and girls. Based in South Croydon, the school meets the diverse needs of pupils aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Needs.
As an Assistant Headteacher, you will aim to achieve the highest standards and outcomes for pupils as a member of the senior management team. You will be responsible for implementing effective policies and procedures that support high educational standards and will assist the Headteacher in the day-to-day running of the school.

* QTS or QTLS Qualification
* Experience in a senior leadership team (SLT) role in an SEN environment
* Up-to-date OFSTED knowledge and understanding of the SEN education sector and desired outcomes
* Safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience

* Collaborate with the headteacher to articulate, disseminate, and implement the school's vision among all stakeholders.
