Unilabs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team, on a maternity-cover contract. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
* Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our services, including pricing, availability, and turnaround times
* Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints
* Ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database as needed
* Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
* Working closely with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
* Providing feedback and suggestions to management to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or challenging customers
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
Requirements

* Prior customer service experience in the healthcare or medical industry

* Proficient computer skills
