Job Description

This Legal 500–ranked London firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (6PQE+) who enjoys being trusted with proper responsibility, meaningful client relationships, and work that actually makes you think. You’ll be stepping into a well-established real estate team with a strong market reputation, a consistent flow of high-quality instructions, and partners who genuinely value autonomy over micromanagement.


The work is broad, stimulating and very much front-foot. Expect to advise on:

* High-value commercial acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord & tenant matters (leases, renewals, asset management)
* Development and investment work
* Acting for a diverse client base including investors, developers, corporates and SMEs


You’ll be encouraged to run matters independently, develop client relationships, and play a visible role in the wider growth of the team without being pushed into business development theatre or unrealistic billing targets.
