Senior Project Manager - Civil & Infrastructure
Location: Guildford
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Package / Benefits (PAYE / LTD / CIS)

Our client is a leading UK-based subcontract construction company specialising in reinforced concrete structures, infrastructure and civil engineering. Our client has a turnover of over £100 million working on projects across the Midlands, South East and Oxfordshire.
Role
We have been asked to find a specialist Project Manager capable of delivering a water treatment package. The project will involve Civils & complex RC structures. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of water treatment sites. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of delivering Water Treatment projects
* Engineering background with strong technical ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering

Salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
