About the Role
Are you passionate about creating and managing high-quality learning resources that empower adult learners? We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Resource Manager to lead the development, organisation, and delivery of innovative learning materials across our Adult Learning Service. You’ll ensure resources meet curriculum standards, are accessible, and support learners in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain high-quality digital and physical learning resources.
· Ensure compliance with curriculum and funding requirements.
· Collaborate with tutors and curriculum leads to design engaging materials.
· Monitor resource usage and learner feedback to drive improvements.
· Support staff in using digital platforms and tools effectively.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
· Experience in resource development and digital learning platforms.
· Excellent organisational and project management skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning tools.
· Ability to travel across the county.
Desirable:
· Knowledge of Adult Education Budget funding.
· Experience in Further Education or Adult Learning settings.
· Teaching or training qualification.
