About the Role:
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Services, you will play a crucial part in our team, providing holistic, person-centred care and practical support for our tenants. Your role will be to empower individuals to live independently with dignity and choice.
This opportunity involves a rota system, including early shifts starting at 7:30am and late shifts ending at 21.30pm. You will work every other weekend, with enhancements paid for any bank holidays and weekends worked.
About You:
While previous experience in a senior care role is advantageous, a commitment to delivering quality care is essential. Full training will be provided. This role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their careers and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and friendly environment.
