Job Title: Account Manager: Internal & External
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of printed display solutions and signage offering an extensive portfolio using a wide range of materials. Their fully trained team provides a full Service Offering – from Consultation, Design, Supply and Installation.
Job Specification
* Generate new business and develop the existing database.
* Make a minimum of 30 outgoing calls per day, mixing existing database and new business calls.
* Ensure monthly targets are met through existing pipeline, cold calls and external client visits.
* Conduct a minimum of 3 external meetings each month, including exhibitions or events.
* Update and maintain the pipeline by recording all details in the in‑house system.
* Respond to customer calls in a timely manner.
* Develop strong relationships with key decision makers to identify and close opportunities, maximizing added value.
* Recommend service enhancements and initiatives to management to maximize business opportunities.
* Develop and implement business plans as agreed with Sales Manager/Directors.
* Assist Sales Manager/Directors as required in other departments.
Personal Specification
* Strong sales background with a drive to exceed monthly sales targets.
* Excellent planning, organization and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation, written and communication skills.
* Contribute to a positive winning culture.
* Team player.
* Experience in a printing‑related industry.
* Full UK driving licence (role covers the whole UK).
