What you’ll be doing

1. To work and gain experience from each department within New Lending
2. Gaining insight and assisting the division in achieving its business objectives and targets
3. Building good working relationships with various stakeholders in the departments in order to gain knowledge and insight
4. The final output will be to deliver a project which will be of Degree standard, showcasing your work throughout the year to include improvements that can be implemented to enhance the customer journey

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

5. Hardworking, approachable and adaptable team player with ability to work independently
6. Innovative with strong numeracy, literacy and analytical skills
7. Computer literate with MS Office knowledge
8. Attention to detail and logical accuracy
9. Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
10. Excellent organisational skills with strong time management
11. Ability to challenge processes constructively and maintain collaborative relationships
12. Skilled in problem-solving and prioritisation under pressure

Working hours

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch). This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Solihull office. (Days to be agreed with your manager)
