Lead all pre- and post-contract activities, including procurement, contract negotiation, and project close-out. Manage site teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure project expectations are met.
