As a Drama Teacher, you will support students in developing performance skills, teamwork, and self-expression. You will create a safe and encouraging environment where pupils feel confident exploring ideas, scripts, and stage techniques. Prime Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and practical drama lessons. Encourage creativity, collaboration, and performance skills. Prepare students for school productions or showcases where required. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain positive behaviour and a supportive classroom environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Drama in a school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
