Join our team as a Field Sales Representative at Virgin Media O2.
Salary: £25,000 + c.£20,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
Positions available: Full-time and part-time
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and introducing them to our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products. No prior sales experience is necessary; we value drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
* Visit potential customers door-to-door, including small businesses, to promote Virgin Media O2 services.
* Build rapport and effectively communicate product benefits.
* Achieve sales targets and handle rejection positively.
Training and hours
Three-week training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Part-time employees must participate during this period.
Working hours:
* Part-time: 16-30 hours/week
* Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
Requirements
* Valid UK driving license.
* Availability to work shifts mainly between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
* Enjoy outdoor work and engaging with people.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, resilient.
