To be a successful Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will be: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Contribute to the well-being and progress of all children in your care. Primary Teaching Assistant (Primary TA) Requirements: Experience working with children or within a primary school setting. CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistance is desirable but not essential. A degree in Education, Psychology or a similar field is desirable but not essential. A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to education. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
