We are seeking passionate, highly skilled Registered Children’s Home Manager for our homes in Hyde and Registered manager for our home in Oldham to lead our Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, each supporting children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact across two homes and lead dedicated teams to deliver outstanding, trauma-informed care.You will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of both services, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
