What You'll Do:
* Take ownership of your own client ledger from day one.
* Communicate professionally with clients at all levels to secure outstanding payments.
* Accurately document client interactions and segment ledgers using our query coding system.
* Manage your workload effectively to achieve monthly cash and aged debt targets.
* Work collaboratively on the team inbox as part of a rota.
* Contribute to the team’s goal of exceeding cash and provisioned debt targets.
* Leverage your skills to find innovative solutions to complex credit control matters.
Who We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of credit control experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
* A proven track record of exceeding cash collection and aged debt reduction targets.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently with internal and external contacts.
* Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring efficient workload and task management.
* Calm and optimistic under pressure, with a results-driven attitude.
