Quality Management Systems Administrator

About the role
Reporting to the Estates Director of PMO and Business Support, you will manage and improve document control processes within the Estates & Facilities department. You will support the Quality and Information System Manager in standardising information management systems and coordinating activities and projects requiring procedural or systematic expertise.
Your responsibilities include understanding and influencing procedures and processes, maintaining and updating them, and ensuring the IMS system complies with ISO9001 standards through data analysis and process review.
About you
You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive and inclusive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for quality management systems. Attention to detail, a helpful approach to colleagues, and practical advice for document owners are essential. Experience with SharePoint and Office365 is required.
