Job Description
This role involves responsibilities in inventory management within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will move, locate, pull, and count inventory, ensuring accurate processes and following safety precautions due to high voltage and current conditions.
Responsibilities
* Handle physical and administrative tasks related to storing and distributing materials, including driving a company truck when necessary.
* Examine, stock, and kit materials for production, repair, and sales.
* Prepare kitting packages for various production needs.
* Perform daily cycle counts, post inventory data, and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain security and accountability of inventory.
* Communicate issues effectively to relevant personnel.
* Respond promptly and professionally to requests and inquiries.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Adaptability to changing requirements with professionalism.
* Accurate inventory counting and maintenance skills.
* Proficiency with PC applications and ability to learn new software.
* Teamwork and customer satisfaction focus.
* Knowledge of ESD practices.
Experience
* Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel preferred.
* Experience in transporting materials via truck, with a valid driving record per AE policy preferred.
