Counterbalance FLT Driver
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse and production environment in the Winsford area. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with a valid external Counterbalance FLT licence.
Working Hours (Rotating Shift Pattern):
Week 1: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 4:00pm
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday – 1:00pm to 10:30pm
Friday – 1:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday – 6:00am to 10:00am
Week 3: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 5:00pm
Key Duties for this Counterbalance FLT Driver role:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas
Supplying production lines with materials as required
Stacking and storing goods in designated areas
Carrying out daily vehicle checks on FLT equipment
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required for this Counterbalance FLT Driver role:
Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Good awareness of health and safety in the workplace
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Good timekeeping and reliability
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern
Details for this Counterbalance FLT Driver role:
Hourly rate: £12.50ph Shift allowance for noons.
