Job Description:
Type: Fixed Term
* Develop account strategies to overachieve targets and contribute to the overall Omron UK objectives.
* Act as the main point of contact for all account management topics.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of service.
* Optimize customer processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements for mutual benefit.
* Serve as a trusted adviser to key customers.
* Supervise customer segments and report on significant market developments.
* Analyze customers based on development potential, trade margins, sales revenue, and average revenues to develop and implement strategies.
* Contribute to developing a strategic customer processing concept and annual joint business plan to achieve targets.
* Collaborate with sales managers and the management team to develop action plans for business growth.
* Manage annual budgets and control sales development of existing customers, compensating for any sales decreases through new opportunities.
* Develop and execute effective pricing strategies.
* Work with country marketing to develop materials and brand collateral to support delivery against goals.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* 4-8 years of national account management experience with large pharmacy chains and retail.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Experience in developing existing accounts.
* Background in a consumer product environment is preferred.
* Strong sales knowledge, particularly in OTC sales, pharmacy channels, and retail.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
