We are looking for a Healthcare & Access Partner to join us in our UK & Ireland Bone franchise, to cover South West England.
About the role
The HCAP will be the face of UCBs Bone team, responsible for delivering the business objectives for UCB’s medicine and objectives to all relevant people in the account.
Who you’ll work with
You will report into the Ecosystem Lead - South for the UK & Ireland Bone team.
What you’ll do
1. Align the UCB business objectives with local and national policy.
2. Develop optimum positioning within the local health economy.
3. Enhance patient care and help achieve UCB’s business objectives.
4. Work with the wider commercial organisation to develop and execute region specific commercial strategies based on local nuances.
5. Share and develop best practices with the wider company and within the Bone Franchise.
6. Operate within an agreed budget.
7. Be a ‘first point of contact’ across their territory, and work closely with the MSL, and other UCB colleagues
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
8. Bachelor’s degree
9. Pharmaceutical or health care management experience.
10. ABPI examination.
11. Proven successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key health care customers.
12. Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas.
13. Evidence of competent and enthusiastic teamwork.
14. Demonstrates National and local NHS knowledge
