Consortium Professional Recruitment are pleased to be supporting our client with the appointment of a Contract SolidWorks Design Technician for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. The Opportunity:As a Contract SolidWorks Design Technician you will be responsible for:
* Producing and updating 2D drawings using SolidWorks for automated system orders
* Validating and checking drawings against technical specifications
* Identifying inaccuracies within drawings and making the necessary amendments
* Tweaking and refining designs to ensure they meet required standards
* Supporting incoming automated system orders by ensuring drawings are accurate and ready for release
* Collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent drawing quality
* Your work as a Contract SolidWorks Design Technician will help ensure that each order progresses efficiently with technically accurate drawings.
The Contract Package:
* 6 month fixed term contract
* Rate: £25 - £35 per hour
* Location: Scunthorpe (100% 5 days office based)
* Start date: ASAP
* Software: SolidWorks
* Duration: 6 months
