About The Role
This position is responsible for delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts and trial balances for our Brewery companies, including PLC, GmbH, and Australia, along with retail sites. Responsibilities include:
* Managing assigned companies' accounts
* Processing adjustments for accounts not covered by management accountants
* Preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
* Reviewing reconciliations and supervising management accountants
* Collating year-end adjustments and supporting audits
* Identifying ways of improving processes
Key relationships include internal teams such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commercial Finance, FP&A, and external partners like accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
About You

* Complete necessary training and participate in reviews
* Collaborate across departments for excellent customer and colleague experiences
* Take responsibility for personal development and additional duties as needed
* Apply BrewDog’s charter and behaviors consistently
Qualifications include being a Part Qualified accountant (ICAS/ACCA/CIMA or similar) with at least 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
