At The Manchester College, we're looking for Achievement Tutors to support learners' academic success through engaging group tutorials. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping students stay on track, meet their goals, and thrive in their studies by delivering outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment via engaging activities, resources, and focused academic coaching while monitoring individual student progress in 1-1 reviews using tools like ProMonitor and Markbook. You'll collaborate closely with teaching teams, develop high-quality learning resources, and champion student voice, employability, and achievement at every stage. Benefits Successful candidates will be offered a salary of between £28,300 - £44,451 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
