Bespak is looking for a New Product Q A for this permanent position on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £27.5k to £29k. Working Pattern Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times. Your duties will include performing method development activities on Phase I, II and III/commercial products. You will also be responsible for analytical method validation of methods, as well as transfer of methods from customers. Your experience will allow you to document your findings, and investigate any issues to guarantee product quality, purity, and safety. Additionally, you'll contribute to improving our processes and may even train new team members, all while adhering to strict regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices. As a New Product QA your duties will include: Perform method development activities. Perform method validation activities. Perform method transfer activities. Conducting lab testing and analysis of samples. Investigating issues and identifying root causes. Coaching and training team members. Driving improvements and managing change. Analysing data and contributing to quality. Providing analytical support for audits. New Product QA beneficial key skills and experience: Strong technical knowledge of QC and GMP. Technical knowledge of analytical method development and validation Experience in method transfers. Proficiency in LIMS, MS Office applications. Proven ability in project and investigation participation. Familiarity with global pharmaceutical regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Aptitude for training and self-management.
