Salary: £12.40 to £14.13 per hour, with an increase after 6 months in role.

About The Role
You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities may include working at the tills, advising customers, or handling the back shop.
* Help customers feel at ease by listening, answering questions, and giving great advice on our products.
* Promote our in‑store offers and schemes to increase customer awareness.
* Ensure the store runs smoothly – this may involve arranging displays, providing excellent till service, or managing stock in the stock rooms.
* Collaborate with teammates to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
* Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What You’ll Need To Have
* Full training is provided for this role, and we are looking for people who:
* Excel in a varied environment and can work at pace.
* Communicate and listen effectively.
