We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially astute Emerging Key Account Manager (EKAM) to join our dynamic national sales team. This is a pivotal hybrid role, blending strategic account retention and development with new business acquisition, with a specific focus on securing and growing national framework agreements across multiple sectors. Your Mission at Elis As our EKAM, you'll be responsible for: • Managing and growing existing key accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. • Identifying, targeting, and securing new national framework agreements, then leading their integration and growth across the business. • Working closely with operational teams to ensure service excellence, contractual compliance, and collaborative account development. • Representing the business at a senior level with C-suite stakeholders and sector events. • Own the full sales cycle: from pipeline management to closing national deals and growing account value. • Ensure contractual and service-level compliance while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Analyse data and complaints to develop customer-focused improvement strategies. • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing strategies, and annual revisions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, ops, and support teams to create scalable solutions. • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, maintain a robust pipeline, and present monthly performance reports. • Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within framework providers. • Lead the mobilisation of new national accounts with seamless handover and proactive development. What will make you stand out? • Proven experience securing and managing national framework agreements within the private sector. • Strong background in B2B key account management and business development-ideally within a service-led or technical product environment. • Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. • Commercially savvy with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus excellent overall IT literacy. • A degree or NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent experience). • Willingness to travel nationally up to 4 days per week.
