Role Description
When LV=/Allianz customers are responsible for a car accident, our Claims Handlers are there to help everyone involved. You'll be managing the claim for the innocent driver, calling them to arrange vehicle repairs and hire cars, setting up personal injury claims, and arranging property repairs too. You will deal with both inbound and outbound calls as well as responding on live chat and using digital platforms.
Working with the customer and our suppliers to reach a resolution, you'll manage your own workload, focusing on building great rapport with our customers and delivering outstanding service.
Location
This is a hybrid role located in our Bournemouth office with expectation of attending the office a minimum of 2 days per month. Please note that you may be required to attend more often when needed.
We operate 3 week rolling rota, working 37.5 hours per week on 7.5 hour shifts around our opening hours, 8am-6:30pm Monday - Friday, 9am-1pm on Saturday and 10am–2pm on bank holidays, with only one Saturday every three weeks.
Helping you achieve a good work-life balance is important to us and you will have the flexibility to work both at home and in the office, once you are trained. For the training period you would be required to work mostly in the office, so you would need to be fully flexible for the first 6 weeks.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £27.5k per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

* Experience of customer service in any sector for example hospitality, retail or sales.
* Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage with experience using Generative AI tools such as onsite Webchat / Chat Bot systems is desirable but not essential"
