Job Overview There has arisen an unique opportunity for an enthusiastic Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse Reviewer to join the Central CHC Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage on behalf of the Central Area the implementation, monitoring and reviewing of NHS Funded Registered Nursing Care (FNC), Continuing NHS Health Care (CHC) and Section 117 in Care Homes (Nursing) and in the domiciliary setting to ensure patients receive care of a quality which meets best practice and national standards as prescribed and funded by the NHS.
