Accounts Assistant / Administrator, Donemana, £26k - £32k + benefits We are working with a local business who supply into the construction, quarrying and agricultural sectors to recruit for their new permanent Accounts Assistant / Administrator. Office based, working 9-5 and within a busy, small and supportive team you will; Processing invoice and payments Sales & purchase ledger Monthly reconciliations Calculating and processing weekly payments for wages Preparation and reconciliation of monthly PAYE returns Preparation of Financial Accounts/Producing Year End Accounts Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Management Accounts; Profit & Loss Statement/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow statements Preparation of Profit & Loss projections/ cash flow forecast What we are looking for 2 years + experience in a similar role Experience of using SAGE Payroll experience is desirable Intrastat system experience For more information, please call us on and ask for Jack!
