Your new role
In this role, you willbe working at Business Partner level working in a specific business area, and you will get involved in a variety of generalist HR duties including -
* Being the first point of contact with HR within your region
* Manage Employee relations case work
* Support the delivery of HR strategy within the organisation
* Collaborate and liaise with the wider company to ensure HR policies are being followed
* Utilising HR systems such as Natural HR
* Supporting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
* People engagement and culture
* Performance Improvement
* Learning and Development
* Talent planning
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have worked as an HR / People specialist or at Advisory level, and are looking to progress to your next role. You will have demonstrable experience with the following -
* Employee relations case work
* Good HR systems knowledge
* Excellent collaboration and team-work skills
* The ability to build strong relationships within the wider business
* CIPD qualification, or willing to work towards
* Commitment to career development
