Program Coordinator - Administrative Support
The Program Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international tours. As an administrative support specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating logistical arrangements, managing paperwork, and providing top-notch customer service to our tour guides and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and distribute necessary documents to tour guides
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with tour guides and vendors
• Enter and manage data accurately in company systems
• Process completed paperwork from tour guides
• Ensure timely payment to trip leaders and vendors
• Coordinate logistics for tour guide hiring, training trips, and business meetings
• Prepare materials for tour guides during the off-season
• Provide 24/7 emergency support to tour guides on a rotation schedule

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a busy administrative role
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
