About the Role As a Motorcycle Dismantler, you’ll play a key role in the lifecycle of our salvage motorcycles—carefully depolluting, dismantling, and preparing parts for resale. Working within our Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF), you’ll follow strict safety and environmental guidelines while ensuring every part is accurately identified, documented, and processed. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the discipline to work to daily production targets. Key Responsibilities Depollute and dismantle salvage motorcycles efficiently and safely. Follow all Health & Safety and Environment Agency permit requirements. Identify motorcycle parts accurately, including part numbers, fitment details, and year ranges. Upload correct part data into the listing and stock management system. Ensure all parts are processed with complete and consistent information, including descriptions and images. Dispose of waste materials, fluids, and components in line with environmental guidelines. Skills & Experience Confident working on a wide range of motorcycles in a technical capacity. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily production targets. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
