Technical Support Manager
* Salary: £53300 + Car All £5740 PA
* Location: Field-based with site visits and office attendance as required in Southwest region - Office in Exeter
* Job Type: Full-time
Main Purpose of the Job:
The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for delivering technical support services across the South West region, ensuring effective communication between clients and appointed companies to achieve optimal outcomes. This role involves in-depth knowledge of my clients products and services, building strong relationships, and providing comprehensive technical support to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate quality communication between clients and appointed companies.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the team and clients.
* Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and satisfaction with projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and sector leaders.
* Support the development of the clients framework products by delivering technical expertise.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in managing building/construction projects from inception to completion.
* Strong understanding of Construction/Project Management techniques and methodologies.
* Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Regulations and regulated procurement processes.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems.
* Ability to write specifications and develop pricing schedules for construction projects (desirable).
Qualifications:
* Degree or relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Construction Project Management.

Additional Information:
* This role requires a driving licence and willingness to travel within the South West Region.
