We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to support our Poultry processing operation on shift. As the senior engineering presence on shift, you'll take the lead on day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring breakdowns, issues, and risks are reported, escalated, and resolved effectively. You'll be comfortable making decisions, thinking on your feet, and setting the standard for engineering best practice and discipline on shift.
Act as the lead engineer on shift, setting standards and direction.
Carry out hands-on mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
Ensure breakdowns, issues, and risks are reported, escalated, and resolved effectively.
Support and guide engineers on shift, providing direction when needed.
Maintain engineering discipline, safety, and best practice.
Time-served, multi-skilled engineer with strong Mechanical & Electrical capability.
Strong experience in a manufacturing environment (food preferred).
