Dean Close Kingham Hill School are looking to appoint a Head of Economics & Business Studies to lead and deliver lessons across KS4 and KS5, Economics (A Level) and Business Studies (GCSE & BTEC), bringing strong leadership and collaborative approach. Key Responsibilities Lead curriculum development and drive high standards of teaching and learning Deliver engaging lessons across academic and vocational pathways Monitor pupil progress and use data to raise achievement Support and develop colleagues within the department Enrich learning through real-world applications and external partnerships Ensure compliance with assessment and examination requirements The successful candidate will combine excellent subject knowledge with a passion for inspiring pupils, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and achievement.
