About the Role
1. Based at Weston-super-Mare
2. Offered on a Full-Time / 16 Month FTC
3. £28,673 + Up to 3 % Bonus + Benefits
What will I be doing?
4. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our in house talent acquisition team.
5. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment within the business
6. Liaising with stakeholders in all areas of the business.

7. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent with the enthusiasm and drive to take on a new challenge and take their career in a new direction.
8. You will be experienced in building strong relationships with all levels of management and HR to understand business and talent needs, working closely with the hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies.
