We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our team to support a client based in Chester.
We are recruiting a team of staff to support a gentleman with learning disabilities who can present with challenging behaviour.
Full training will be given to set you on your path to becoming a Care Support Worker.
You will be paid £14.00 per hour for day shifts, and a reduced rate for sleeping nights once training is completed (training is provided during our recruitment process).
This is a part-time position offering 24 hours per week and involves day and sleeping night shifts (mixed shifts) based in Chester.
Main duties of the job
We are recruiting a Care Support Assistant to support a gentleman with learning disabilities who can present with challenging behaviours.
You will be supporting the individual in his own home. He requires 24-hour care, but there will be two staff during the day to support him in accessing the community.
Our client has his own mobility car. He is a trusting and loving individual who enjoys music, dancing, and staying active. He participates in activities like swimming.
The successful applicant must be a driver.

Your responsibilities as our Care Support Assistant will include: Assisting and supporting vulnerable clients to live independently, providing companionship, supporting with housework, errands, meal preparation, and possibly administering medication.
