A well-established regional main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of commercial construction projects across Yorkshire and the North East.
With multiple regional offices and a strong secured pipeline, this contractor is known for repeat clients, structured delivery teams and a professional, collaborative working culture.
The Role
You'll take responsibility for the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Full project lifecycle management
Leading site teams and managing subcontractors
Programme, cost control and reporting
Client and consultant liaison
Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality and company processes
About You
Experience working as a Project Manager for a main contractor (Construction)
Background in commercial / industrial construction projects
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Confident managing multiple stakeholders
Relevant construction qualification (HNC / Degree or equivalent)
