Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities for this role include the following:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

1. Support the implementation and execution of the accessories business strategy across channel and end user commercial sectors.
2. Develop sales initiatives in conjunction with marketing and sales teams to increase brand and product visibility.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities working closely with internal stakeholders to align SKU strategy, inventory planning, and promotional activities.

2. Customer & Partner Engagement

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, resellers, and distributors to drive sales volume.
5. Deliver product presentations, solution demos, and value-based proposals tailored to specific customer needs.
6. Support the planning and execution of customer-facing events, promotional campaigns, and industry engagement activities.

3. Market Monitoring & Sales Analytics

7. Analyze sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to inform decision-making and refine sales approaches.
8. Track product adoption and assess competitive positioning to identify gaps and opportunities alongside 4P.
9. Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to contribute to accurate sales forecasts.

4. Operational Execution & Cross-functional Alignment

10. Participate in regular cadence meetings with local and regional stakeholders to review performance and align on execution plans.
11. Assist in managing promotional budgets, pricing strategies, and incentives to support commercial objectives and partner engagement.
12. Work closely with logistics, order management, and customer support teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales service.

5. Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting

13. Track and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities using CRM tools.
14. Report regularly on forecast accuracy, sales progress, and key account developments.
15. Provide business insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on quantitative and qualitative inputs.


Key Requirements:

19. Have experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management—ideally in IT sales, value add accessories such as: GPU, docking, cases.
20. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
21. Proven success in launching sales initiatives and managing large accounts.
22. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
23. Good presentation skills and experience in presenting to larger groups.

KPIs

Qualitative

24. Build / enhance business plan for Accessories growth in UKI
25. Identify target industries / propensity to buy – linking to EMEA messaging / planning
26. UKI campaign planning – aligned with marketing
27. Drive sales through Channel Partner breadth

Quantitative

28. Deliver revenue and unit sales target objectives in line with the business management plan, outlined for each financial year, and targeted quarterly.
29. Grow Lenovo end user and channel tablet pipeline by agreed metrics set out in KPIs
