Overview Humly are working in partnership with a primary school in Preston to recruit a SEN Learning Support Assistant to work on Fridays from 17th April to 17th July, 08:30–15:15. The role involves supporting four Year 3 pupils in a small group intervention setting outside the classroom, with a focus on encouraging engagement with set tasks and managing behaviour in an inclusive, supportive manner, while maintaining clear, firm boundaries and consistent expectations. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and expectations. Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development within the {{Sector}} setting. Maintain effective classroom management and a productive learning atmosphere. Follow all safeguarding and reporting protocols required by the school.
