You will be joining the team at Moat House, a beautiful quality residential home in Burbage conservation area, offering award‑winning luxury and high‑quality care.
As a Care Team Leader, you will assist the Care Home Management Team while leading and supervising the care team to ensure personalised, high‑quality care for residents. You will conduct various audits, maintain accurate records, oversee the keyworker system, and provide flexible support by completing care shifts as needed. Your role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing medication, performing regular quality checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will foster a welcoming environment for residents, relatives, and staff while maintaining confidentiality, participating in team meetings, and championing Adept's vision of creating a superb place to live and work.

* Salary up to £17.00 per hour
* Full‑time hours including alternate weekends
* 5 shifts a week
What we are looking for
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Previous Senior Care Assistant experience (essential)
* Extensive experience in Dementia Support & Care
* Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
