£30,000–£40,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus 30% commission

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility, work from the office based in West Yorkshire or remotely within the UK. You’ll be the go-to advisor for new clients, structuring deals and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and lenders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Supporting clients with tailored business finance solutions
* Managing relationships with lenders and suppliers
* Evaluating client needs and structuring competitive agreements
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in business finance
* New business experience / clear route to market
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
