Salary: Starting at £26,682.00 (pro rata)
Hours: Average of 42 hours per week, permanent contract (shift-based including weekends)

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, youll assist the individuals we support to live fulfilling, independent lives. Your day-to-day duties will include:

1. Encouraging and empowering individuals to reach their full potential
2. Promoting safety, wellbeing, and dignity at all times and ensuring compliance with company and sector legislation including safeguarding
