What Will You Be Doing?
As a Senior Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how technology investment decisions are made across the organisation. You'll lead the day‑to‑day operation, evolution, and optimisation of our TBM framework, ensuring we have clear, accurate, and actionable visibility of our technology spend.
In this role, you'll transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions. From cost modelling and service-based costing to budgeting and forecasting, you'll help the organisation understand the true value of its technology investments and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and impact.
You will also be responsible for enhancing and expanding our use of Apptio One and TargetProcess, ensuring these platforms deliver robust, high‑quality data and support an effective planning and portfolio management ecosystem. Your work will strengthen how we prioritise initiatives, manage delivery, and align technology activity with business value.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to influence at a strategic level, shape how technology is understood across the business, and contribute directly to better, smarter, data‑driven decision‑making.
What Do We Need From You?
* Drive the evolution of our TBM capability, supporting the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the TBM model through IBM Apptio.
* Lead and enhance our Apptio TargetProcess environment, ensuring it adapts to changing business needs, delivers meaningful insights, and maximises value across planning and delivery teams.
