Join our innovative IT Technology and Insurance company as a Junior Supply Chain Associate, where you'll play a key supporting role in ensuring our end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Junior Supply Chain Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of activities across the supply chain function, including:

1. Handling end-to-end demand, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and Invoice processing (GRN)
2. Administering and maintaining internal supply chain policies and processes
3. Managing non-complex supply chain requests and assisting with escalations where needed
4. Support with onboarding and offboarding of third-party resources
5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support procurement compliance and operational accuracy
6. Supporting supplier onboarding, vendor management, and record maintenance
7. Executing ad-hoc supply chain and administrative tasks as required to support team objectives

What We’re Looking For:

8. A keen interest in supply chain, procurement, or operations
9. Basic understanding of procurement processes (PR/PO/invoice cycles is a plus)
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
13. SAP experience an advantage, but not essential
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
15. Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
