King’s Reach is a unique, one-of-a-kind school based in Maidstone in the heart of Kent providing individually personalised and bespoke learning programmes for boys and young men aged 11– 25 with special educational needs and disabilities. Main Responsibilities
Support some of Kent’s most vulnerable students through one-to-one coaching, helping them re-engage with education and develop resilience, aspiration, and self-belief in line with the school’s “Future Me” model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily 1:1 supervision and coaching within a trauma-informed, boundaried approach
* Design and implement highly personalised timetables to support academic and emotional growth
* Serve as advocate, role model, and consistent adult presence
* Manage day-to-day logistics for your student (e.g., transport, food, activities)
* Monitor progress through records, risk assessments, and formal reports
* Collaborate with staff and external professionals
* Contribute to whole-school duties and ongoing training
