£102 per day - Full-Time, Ongoing
Are you committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience to help children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

You'll work both one-to-one and with small groups, following tailored learning plans, adapting activities, and providing emotional encouragement to ensure every child feels supported and valued. You'll work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and other support staff to create a positive and safe learning environment. This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations in the classroom.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience working with children who have SEN (essential)
* A calm, caring and proactive approach to supporting learning
* Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* A genuine passion for helping children succeed both academically and socially
Details:

* Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, term-time only
* Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to become permanent for the right person
