My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on permanent basisThe main functions of the role include- Processing requests and orders - To populate the daily Customer requirements and liaising with approved logistic partners to arrange deliveries.- Managing finished goods stock levels and Aged stocks, utilising forecasts and order history.- Working closely with the Customer service specialist/planning/ PDM and purchasing team.- Monitors and reports on customer sales forecasts and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.As a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Very good IT skills- ideally offer some experience as an administrator within a busy office environment- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels - Be able to commit to the assignment for the period of time requiredThe hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and it will require you to work in the office for the 5 days.
