Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Educated to A Level or equivalent education or professional qualification or relevant experience Desirable criteria Educated to A level Standard or NVQ in customer Care Experience & Knowledge Essential criteria Knowledge and understanding of government and Local NHS targets and 18 week targets Excellent Administrative and Organisational skills Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft word and NHS experience preferably working in an administrative or clerical role Knowledge of data bases and collating reports 7 Excel Understanding of Data protection act and Freedom of information act Previous experience of data entry Knowledge of PTL waiting list systems Ability to communicate at all levels Strong interpersonal skills Excellent organisational ability Experience in working as part of a team.
